What we collect
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use, and to count clicks through to retailers’ careers pages, job applications, the CV tool and our contact buttons. Google Analytics does not tell us who you are, and this site does not store any of it.
Building a CV
This site does not build CVs and does not ask you for your name, contact details or work history. The CV and cover letter builder we link to is run by Te Heke Mai. Once you follow that link you are on their site, and anything you enter there is covered by their privacy policy, not ours.
Email sign-ups
If you sign up for the newsletter or job alerts, your email address is passed straight to Mailchimp, who send the emails on our behalf. It is not stored on this site. Mailchimp will email you to confirm before adding you, and every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not sell or share the list.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, and your approximate location. It does not tell us who you are, and no advertising cookies are set. The site also remembers one thing in your own browser — that you have already seen the email sign-up — so you are not asked twice. That never leaves your device.

When you click through to a retailer’s careers page, or to the CV tool, you are on their site, under their privacy policy, not ours.
